What we collect
Without signing in, no account data is collected. When you sign in with Google we receive the identifier Google gives us, your name, email address and profile picture address. Your saved series, the last episode you read and your likes are kept with your account.
Reading statistics
We record which series and episodes are read and how far, the country of the connection and the browser type, with a random visitor identifier. When you are signed in it is linked to your account. The IP address itself is not stored.
Why
To keep you signed in, to provide your library, to compute rankings, and to learn which genres are read to the end so the line-up improves. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Who processes it
Google Cloud (Firebase / Firestore: accounts and statistics), Cloudflare (R2: webtoon images), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in and mail). They may process data outside your country, including in the United States and South Korea.
How long
Account data is kept while the account exists and deleted within 30 days of a request. Reading statistics are kept up to 26 months, then deleted or reduced to totals.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to delete your account by writing to the address below; we answer within 30 days. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (under 14 in Korea). You may complain to your data protection authority.
